Nikon F3 Custom Modified – Azure Strike

Nikon F3 Custom Modified – Azure Strike Edition

Legendary Performance, Reimagined in Bold Color

This custom-modified Nikon F3, the “Azure Strike” edition, takes a legendary film camera and transforms it into a statement piece. It blends the rugged reliability and precision engineering of the F3 with a striking, contemporary color scheme, perfect for photographers who demand both performance and individuality.

• Color Theme: Electric Twilight. The camera’s body is primarily a cool, muted azure blue, reminiscent of the sky just after sunset. This is dramatically contrasted by bold orange accents on the film advance lever, shutter speed dial, rewind knob, and a subtle detail on the self-timer lever. A soft, muted purple lens cap provides a final touch of unexpected color. The black leatherette and traditional Nikon branding remain, grounding the design in its heritage.

• Color Inspiration: A Storm Front Meeting the Setting Sun. We were inspired by the dramatic visual of a powerful storm front rolling in as the sun sets. Imagine the deep blues of the storm clouds clashing with the fiery oranges and purples of the fading sunlight. This camera captures that sense of dynamic energy, of powerful forces colliding to create a moment of breathtaking beauty.
